What if the supplier turns out unscrupulous, or doesn't deliver on the initial agreed transaction (whether it's failing to ship the product or thousands of other probable cases) — is WF responsible?

The direct answer is no. However, our database only contains suppliers that either accept a secure form of payment (which means it can be disputed in the event of non-delivery of goods) or that have a proven track record of excellent service and supply of goods.

However we must emphasize: You are ultimately responsible. That includes knowing (if you're uncertain or have a "bad feeling") to order a very small amount of product(s) with the supplier.

Then see how they deal with it.

Next time, order a little more.

Then when you're confident they're 100% trustworthy — order as much as you want.
